Our AGM will be held upstairs in the hall at the Myfm Centre at 7:30 p.m. If people are looking to propose any constitutional changes please email it to the Secretary [email protected] no later than Tuesday May 30 2024. 

A copy of any proposed amendments will be posted for the membership to see by May 1 2024.
People looking to get involved with RMHA at the executive level there are open positions for election for this upcoming meeting. Executive Vacant Appointed Positions:
If more than one person applies for a vacant appointed position, the Executive shall review all parties and decide, using a simple majority vote, as to the most appropriate candidate. Should no person apply, then the Executive shall nominate and choose an appropriate candidate.
We do ask that any person wishing to apply for a RMHA Executive position must submit their intention in writing to the secretary 2 weeks prior to the AGM.
Election of Executive Members: The President shall appoint a Chairperson who shall oversee elections for available executive positions. The Chairperson shall request and accept nominations for any position not previously applied for.

Vice President - (Two Year Term)
Junior Convenor - (2 Year Term)
Senior Convenor- (2 Year Term)
Intermediate Convenor- (2 Year Term)
Fundraising- (2 year term)
Registrar- ( 2 year term)
Equipment Manager (2 year term)

Proposed Constitution Change: We would like to propose that the position of VP that is to be voted on odd year and Equipment Manager that is voted on even years be exchanged. This change is to help during a transition of board members. Currently President, VP and Secretary are all help for vote on the same term. Amendment will be voted on at the AGM
