Refund Policy (Renfrew Minor Hockey)

RMHA Refund Policy

 

 

Requests for Registration refunds must be in writing, with the original payee’s mailing address.  Refund will be paid to the original payee only.

 

All refunds are to be approved by the President of RMHA.

 

Schedule of Refund from original registration fee:

• Before/on September 1^st 100% (for early registration only)
• After September 1^st and before September 30 – 100 % less insurance fee
• After September 30 and before November 1^st – 75% less insurance fee
• After Nov 1^st and before Dec 1^st – 40% less insurance fee
• On/After December 1^st – No Refund
